01 Agreeing to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions, referred to as the “Terms”, apply to everyone using the JL16 platform through jl16.quest or the JL16 mobile application. By visiting the platform, opening an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them.

These Terms should be read together with other rules and guidance published by JL16, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific conditions for each bonus or promotion. If a specific policy conflicts with these Terms, that policy will apply to the issue it directly addresses.

JL16 may revise these Terms when needed. Any new version will be posted on this page together with its updated date. If you continue using the platform after the changes take effect, you will be treated as having accepted the revised Terms.

02 Who Can Use JL16

To open and maintain a JL16 account, you must satisfy all of the eligibility conditions below:

• You must be 21 years old or above.
• You must be legally allowed to take part in online gaming under the laws that apply to you.
• You must not live in a place where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a JL16 employee, contractor, or a close family member of an employee of JL16, an affiliated company, or a game provider.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or have been previously barred from using JL16.

JL16 may ask you to provide documents confirming your eligibility at any time. If the required information is incomplete, unclear, or cannot be verified, your account may be suspended and funds may be held while the checks are completed. Age verification is required, and withdrawals will not be processed until your age has been confirmed. JL16 is intended for Philippine adults aged 21 and above who choose to participate responsibly.

03 Creating an Account

An account is required to use JL16 features such as placing bets and requesting withdrawals. When you register, submit personal details that are accurate, complete and kept up to date. You must also confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Before your first deposit, identity checks may require a valid government-issued ID and a live selfie.

Only one JL16 account is allowed per player. If more than one account is identified, whether created deliberately or by mistake, the additional accounts may be closed. Bonuses associated with duplicate accounts can be cancelled, and winnings linked to those bonus funds may be withheld in line with the applicable review.

Keep your login details private and secure at all times. Use a strong password that is not reused on other services, and turn on two-factor authentication when available. Contact JL16 support immediately if you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission.

JL16 may carry out identity checks when needed to protect the account and comply with verification requirements. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and complete a live selfie check. An account that cannot complete the required verification may be limited or closed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Available deposit options include GCash, PayMaya, credit card, cryptocurrency and bank transfer. Transactions are handled in Philippine Peso (PHP or ₱). Current minimums, maximums and any applicable charges are shown during checkout and can differ by payment method.

GCash deposits may arrive instantly or within around five minutes, while PayMaya deposits are listed as instant. Other payment options can take longer based on their stated processing time. If your deposit is not reflected after the relevant timeframe, contact support and include your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account held in your own name. Third-party payment accounts are not accepted. A government-issued ID and live selfie verification may be required before your first withdrawal, regardless of the amount requested.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to account, payment and security checks before release. Once approved, the receiving time can vary according to the selected payment provider and its processing schedule.
• JL16 may place a withdrawal on hold for additional security or identity verification. Requests can take longer when further checks are needed, so review the latest account instructions before submitting a request.
• Payment charges depend on the method used. GCash is listed with no platform fee, while the stated charges are 2% for credit card deposits, 1% for cryptocurrency and 1.5% for bank transfer. Payment providers may also apply their own fees.
• A withdrawal request involving deposited funds that have not been wagered may be referred for an administration or account review. Any decision remains subject to the applicable account terms and activity checks.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

JL16 may introduce promotions and bonus offers for new and existing members at different times. Every offer comes with its own conditions, which are shown when the promotion is made available. These conditions may cover wagering requirements, qualifying games, claim or use periods, and any maximum withdrawal that applies to winnings linked to the bonus.

A wagering requirement explains how much must be wagered before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Depending on the offer, the calculation may apply to the bonus alone or to the bonus together with the qualifying deposit. For instance, a 20x requirement means the required wagers must reach 20 times the stated bonus amount before a withdrawal request may be considered.

JL16 may end an offer, revise the conditions of an active promotion, or remove a member from a promotion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse. Examples of conduct that may be treated as bonus abuse include the following:

• Registering or using more than one account to claim the same promotion.
• Placing deliberately low-risk bets mainly to complete the wagering requirement rather than taking part in genuine gameplay.
• Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or false details when applying for a bonus.
• Working with other members to gain an unfair advantage from a promotional offer.

Where JL16 confirms that a promotion has been misused, the related bonus and any winnings generated from it may be cancelled. For serious or repeated cases, JL16 may also suspend the account in line with the applicable account conditions.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

Games available through JL16 are supplied by third-party game providers. Each title has its own gameplay instructions and rules, which can be reviewed through the relevant game interface. Players should read and understand those details before placing any real-money wager. Participation is for adults aged 21 and above.

Game outcomes are produced through random number generator technology designed to keep results unpredictable. JL16 does not alter individual game results. Any return-to-player percentage is determined by the relevant game provider and, where supplied, can be checked in the game's information panel. Random outcomes mean that no result or future win is guaranteed.

If a technical problem affects a game round, such as a disconnection, server fault, or display issue, JL16 may cancel the affected round and return the wager to the member's account where appropriate. JL16 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including an internet connection problem on the player's device or network.

07 Responsible Gaming

JL16 supports responsible participation and encourages members to stay within a budget they can afford. Players should monitor their spending and session time, take breaks when needed, and stop playing if participation is no longer enjoyable or manageable. Gaming on JL16 is intended for adults aged 21 and above, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

If you activate self-exclusion, your JL16 account will remain locked for the period you select. While the exclusion is active, reasonable steps will be taken to prevent account access and stop promotional communications from being sent to you. Once confirmed, a self-exclusion period cannot be reduced or cancelled early; you may only request an extension.

08 Ownership of Content

The JL16 platform and all of its original materials, including the logo, page layout, artwork, written content, game displays, and software, are protected intellectual property owned by JL16 or used under permission from its licensors. Without prior written consent, you must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, alter, or use these materials to create another work.

Game titles and game content offered through JL16 remain the intellectual property of their respective providers. Copying, sharing, republishing, adapting, or distributing any game material without proper authorisation is prohibited and may expose the responsible party to legal action.

09 Limits of Liability

JL16 makes the platform available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although reasonable care is taken to support accurate information, platform security, and ongoing availability, uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, and operation without errors cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JL16 is not responsible for losses connected with the following matters:

• Temporary platform unavailability, maintenance periods, service interruptions, or technical faults that affect access or gameplay.
• Payment or transaction delays caused by banks, e-wallets, payment processors, or other third-party service providers.
• Any loss, expense, or outcome arising from your personal gaming choices, staking decisions, or use of the available games.
• Unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your password, login details, device, or other security credentials protected.
• Circumstances beyond JL16’s reasonable control, including internet service failures, infrastructure problems, natural events, government action, or other force majeure situations.

Where liability cannot be excluded, JL16’s total maximum liability to a player for any relevant claim will not exceed the amount that player deposited during the 30-day period immediately before the event that led to the claim.

10 Account Suspension or Closure

JL16 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account, with or without advance notice where reasonably necessary, if there are grounds to believe that any of the following conditions applies:

• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or another applicable JL16 policy.
• The account is connected with suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, abuse of the platform, or other prohibited activity.
• The account holder submitted information during registration or verification that is false, incomplete, deceptive, or materially misleading.
• The account holder is below the legal participation age of 21 in the Philippines.
• Keeping the account active could reasonably create a security, compliance, financial, or player-safety risk for JL16 or another user.

When an account is suspended, JL16 will generally contact the registered email address and explain any available appeal process. Any balance in the account may be placed under review while the relevant checks are completed. If the suspension is determined to have been made in error, access will be restored where appropriate and the verified balance will be returned in full.

You may request to close your JL16 account at any time by contacting support. If your account has a remaining balance, it will be returned to your registered payment method after the required verification checks are completed.

11 Privacy and Personal Data

JL16 collects and uses personal information in line with its Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to this data handling as explained in that policy. Personal data is not sold to third parties and is shared only when needed for payment processing, identity checks, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention.

12 Updates to These Terms

JL16 may revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any updated version will be posted on this page together with a new effective date. Where a change is significant, registered players may also be informed by email.

By continuing to use JL16 after revised terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with a change, stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
